Night After Night is a strategic and creative agency with a heavy emphasis on spirits and music partnerships. Exit 80’s founder Ashley led the agency’s communications strategy, including a company rebrand (the agency was formerly known as Phear Creative), and was responsible for authoring all external messaging (press materials, multiple website redesigns and maintenance, and social copywriting across all channels) and internal messaging to drive thought-leadership and employee engagement (c-suite media training, team newsletter, company-wide creative challenges, welcome packs, etc.).
